In a shallow dish, mix together ground flaxseeds and flour
Slowly whisk in milk and let it sit for 15 minutes
In a mixing bowl, add the softened vegan butter and beat with a whisk or hand mixer until creamy and smooth
Add Nurishh Plain Cream Cheese Style and beat for about a minute to combine
Beat in the vanilla
Add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, until desired consistency reached. Place in refrigerator
After 15 minutes have passed, whisk the batter
Stir in nutritional yeast, maple syrup and cinnamon
Cut the bread up into 1-inch thick slices.
Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
Soak your bread slices in the batter for about 10 seconds on each side.
Cook bread slices for about 2 minutes until golden brown
