how to make

  • Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add beans and taco seasoning.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes, stir occasionally. Set aside.
  • In medium bowl, mix tomatoes, corn, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice and salt.

finishing touches

  • Heat tortilla or taco shell according to packaging.
  • Add black beans, tomato mix, Nurishh Cheddar Style Shreds and chopped lettuce.
  • Garnish with cilantro.

  • 1/2 cup white onion, chopped
